Welcome to the charming town of Manali! Nestled in Himachal Pradesh, Manali offers stunning views of the Pir Panjal range. Riders will get acclimatized to the cool mountain air while soaking in the town's vibrant energy. Enjoy a stroll along the Beas River or explore local markets before gearing up for the days ahead.

This day focuses on preparation and acclimatization. Riders will attend a detailed briefing and readiness check to ensure both they and their motorcycles are primed for the Himalayan challenges ahead. Short local rides will help participants get comfortable with their bikes and the terrain. The day concludes with a shared dinner, building camaraderie and excitement for the journey to come.

Distance: 180 km | Altitude: 4,200 m
The real adventure begins! Riders ascend the famous Rohtang Pass (3,978 m), with breathtaking views of deep valleys and snow-capped peaks. As you descend into Lahaul Valley, the landscape becomes more rugged and arid. The ride continues through Keylong and across the stunning Baralacha La Pass (4,890 m) before reaching Sarchu, a high-altitude plateau ideal for stargazing. -
Distance: 110 km | Altitude: 4,530 m
Today, the ride traverses some of the most surreal landscapes in Ladakh. Riders cross the Gata Loops, a series of 21 hairpin bends ascending dramatically, before reaching the vast plains of Morey Plains. The destination is Tso Kar, a picturesque salt lake surrounded by marshlands and home to migratory birds—a perfect spot for photography. -
Distance: 90 km | Altitude: 4,595 m
A serene yet challenging ride takes you to Tsomoriri Lake, one of Ladakh’s high-altitude gems. The lake’s deep blue waters contrast dramatically with the barren brown mountains. Located near the Indo-Tibetan border, Tsomoriri feels like a remote paradise. Riders can relax and absorb the tranquility of the Himalayas. -

The route to Hanle is filled with raw beauty and peaceful isolation. The day’s ride features gravel roads, river crossings, and wide open valleys. Upon reaching Hanle, riders can visit the Hanle Monastery, perched on a hill overlooking the village. This quiet hamlet is also home to India’s Hanle Observatory, one of the highest in the world. -
Distance: 160 km (return trip) | Altitude: 5,880 m
A highlight of the expedition—riding to Umling La, the world’s highest motorable road! At 5,880 m, this is a badge of honor for any motorcycle adventurer. The ride to Umling La is challenging, with extreme altitudes and unpredictable weather, but the reward is unmatched: panoramic views of the Himalayas and the pride of conquering the ultimate high-altitude pass. -
Distance: 250 km | Altitude: 3,500 m
Today, riders journey back to Leh, traversing Ladakh’s open landscapes and high passes. The changing scenery—from barren desert to lush valleys—makes this long ride both exhilarating and therapeutic. Leh, the vibrant capital of Ladakh, welcomes you with its bustling markets, monasteries, and unique Tibetan culture. -
After days of riding, this rest day allows riders to rejuvenate and explore Leh. Visit iconic landmarks like the Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and the ancient Thiksey Monastery. Riders can also indulge in local cuisine and shop for souvenirs, including Ladakhi handicrafts and textiles.

Distance: 230 km | Altitude: 3,650 m
The ride to Zanskar Valley begins! Riders will cross the stunning Singge La Pass (5,050 m) and Sirsir La Pass (4,830 m), two of Ladakh’s lesser-explored passes. The remote beauty of Zanskar, with its quaint villages and dramatic gorges, makes this ride an unforgettable experience. Padum, the valley’s main town, offers a glimpse of the region’s unique culture. -
Distance: 240 km | Altitude: 2,676 m
Riders descend into Kargil, a historic town nestled along the Suru River. En route, you’ll witness the rugged landscapes transform into lush greenery as you approach the lower altitudes. Kargil, famous for its role in the Kargil War, is also a cultural crossroads between Ladakh and Kashmir. -
Distance: 200 km | Altitude: 1,585 m
The final leg of the journey leads to Srinagar, the jewel of Kashmir. Riders cross the famous Zoji La Pass (3,528 m), offering spectacular views of lush valleys and snow-lined ridges. Arriving in Srinagar, you can unwind on a Shikara boat ride on the serene Dal Lake and celebrate the expedition’s completion with views of the mighty Himalayas in your side mirrors. -
